Copyright Policy
PrintManifest respects the intellectual property rights of designers, makers, and partners. This Copyright Policy explains how we protect creative work, how you can report suspected infringement, and what to expect if someone reports your content.
Ownership Of Content
You retain ownership of any models, imagery, text, or other assets you upload to Manyfold or showcase through PrintManifest. By publishing content you grant PrintManifest a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your work through our site and affiliated channels. This license allows us to provide previews, search listings, and marketing features while giving you full control over your creations.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on PrintManifest or our connected Manyfold instance infringes your copyright or trademark, please submit a notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark.
- The URL or identifier of the allegedly infringing content.
- Your contact information and a statement of good-faith belief.
- A declaration that the information you provide is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Notices can be emailed to [email protected]. We review all submissions promptly and may remove or restrict access to reported material while we investigate.
Counter Notifications
If your work has been taken down in error, you may reply with a counter notice providing the missing details. We may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action to restrain the alleged infringement. Repeat or egregious violations may lead to account suspension or permanent removal from our platform.
