Data Usage Statement

This Data Usage Statement explains how PrintManifest processes and retains information collected through our showcase and Manyfold infrastructure. Our goal is to provide clarity around analytics, storage, retention, and the steps we take to secure your data.

Analytics & Telemetry

We capture aggregated metrics on page views, search terms, and download counts to understand which models resonate with the community. All analytics are anonymized, and we avoid collecting personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for account functionality.

Model & Asset Storage

• Original model files and derived assets (previews, metadata) are stored within the Manyfold instance hosted by PrintManifest.
• Backups are encrypted and retained for up to 90 days to support disaster recovery.
• All assets remain under the creator's license and may be removed upon request.

Retention Policy

• Account metadata is retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for auditing and legal compliance.
• Anonymous analytics events are purged within 180 days.
• Support correspondence may be retained for recordkeeping and quality assurance.

Security Practices

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, enforce access controls, and monitor for unauthorized activity. Responsible disclosure is encouraged—report vulnerabilities to [email protected].
