Filing a takedown request

Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA takedown request”. Signed-in users can also use the Report action on any model page (reason: “IP / license violation”) — those reports land in the same moderation queue.

To process a request we need:

• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on printmanifest.com.
• Identification of the original work (a link to where it is published, and proof of ownership where available).
• Your name, and an email address we can respond to.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge receipt and open a tracked review.
2. If the notice is complete and credible, the content is removed or disabled promptly, and the uploader is notified with a copy of the notice.
3. Repeat infringers lose publishing privileges; accounts used primarily for infringement are banned.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, reply to the notification email (or write to [email protected]) with: identification of the removed content and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, your name and contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court. We restore content when a valid counter-notice goes unchallenged within the statutory window.
