Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using printmanifest.com (the "Site") and any services provided by PrintManifest LLC ("PrintManifest", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site or any services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
2. Account registration
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Be responsible for all activity on your account
3. Description of services
PrintManifest lets users:
- Upload, organize, and store 3D models and digital design files
- Browse and view user-generated models
- Generate, manage, or prepare files for 3D printing
- Use platform tools, previews, and utilities
PrintManifest does not:
- Fulfill or ship physical goods
- Guarantee that any model is suitable for a specific printer or use case
- Verify every user-uploaded file before download
4. User content
You retain ownership of any content you upload ("User Content").
By uploading User Content, you grant PrintManifest a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process the content solely for operating and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that your content:
- Is your own or you have permission to use it
- Does not infringe on third-party rights
- Complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
5. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not upload:
- Infringing, offensive, harmful, or illegal content
- Weapons-related or regulated designs
- Content intended for unsafe or unlawful use
Do not:
- Hack, overload, or interfere with the Services
- Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the Site
- Bypass security or access restrictions
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the platform, software, and branding belong to PrintManifest, except User Content. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, send a DMCA notice to:

8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability
- Accuracy of content
- Suitability of any 3D model for printing
- Safety or performance of any printed item
Users are responsible for verifying the safety and legality of any 3D-printed output.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintManifest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or content, or issues arising from user-generated models. Total liability will not exceed the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Upload prohibited content
- If we discontinue the Services
You may close your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes must be brought in courts located in Harris County, Texas.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
